Come usare

DETTAGLI DI LAPBOX

Fissare l’antenna ⑥, inserire il cavo Ethernet ⑨ (se scelto per il collegamento: vedi sezione “3 – Collegamento”) e collegare il cavo dell’adattatore di alimentazione ⑧. Lapbox esegue alcuni test di avvio (facendo tra l’altro lampeggiare i LED interni). Dopo un massimo di 60 secondi, il display indica “Menu Mastatest®”.

GUIDA DI AVVIO RAPIDO: INIZIARE DA QUI

 

1 – Creazione di un account

Seguendo le indicazioni ricevute dal rivenditore Lapbox/Mastatest®, visitare http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com e iscriversi per inserire i dettagli del proprio account, accettare i termini e condizioni e impostare le proprie preferenze utente.

 
2 – Registrazione di Lapbox

Ogni Lapbox deve essere registrato prima del primo utilizzo
1 Prendere nota del numero di serie di Lapbox sull’etichetta adesiva del numero di serie ⑦.
2 Spostarsi  dal menu Mastatest® alla sezione Informazioni Lapbox e selezionarla. Prendere nota del numero ID Lapbox. Premere il pulsante Indietro per tornare al menu principale.
3 Visitare http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com e accedere al proprio account per registrare un Lapbox. Andare alla sezione Menu/Account. Nella sezione Registra nuovo Lapbox, inserire l’ID Lapbox e il Numero di serie, quindi inviare.
 

3 – Collegamento

Opzione consigliata:
Opzione 1: Plug & Play con Ethernet (LAN)
Inserire il cavo Ethernet fornito nel Lapbox ⑨ e direttamente nel proprio router. Spegnere e riaccendere il Lapbox, attendere che venga visualizzato il messaggio “Menu Mastatest®” e testare la connessione al cloud (vedi sotto).
Se necessario, passare da WiFi a Ethernet.
Passare  dal Menu Mastatest® a Configura Lapbox, selezionare Configura connessione Internet, quindi selezionare Configura Ethernet. Il Lapbox si riavvia.
 
Opzione 2: WiFi
Passare  dal Menu Mastatest® a Configura Lapbox, selezionare Configura connessione Internet, quindi selezionare Configura WiFi. Il Lapbox si riavvia.
2 Per visualizzare le reti disponibili, passare  a Configura Lapbox, selezionare Configura WiFi (attiva), Configura SSID WiFi. Trovare  e selezionare la propria rete. Premere il pulsante Indietro per tornare al menu precedente.
3 Per inserire la password, selezionare Imposta password WiFi. Trovare  e selezionare i caratteri prestando attenzione a distinguere i caratteri minuscoli da quelli maiuscoli. Premere il pulsante Indietro per cancellare un carattere, se necessario. Una volta inserita la password, premere il pulsante Avanti e confermare. Testare la connessione al cloud (vedi sotto)
 

 

Test della connessione al cloud
1 Tornare al menu principale utilizzando il pulsante Indietro . Passare  al Menu Mastatest® e selezionarlo, quindi passare  a Caricamento test e selezionarlo.
2 Viene acquisita un’immagine e, dopo circa 5 - 30 secondi, appare sul display una barra di avanzamento, se la connessione è stata stabilita correttamente.
3 Una volta caricata l’immagine, il display visualizza “Caricamento test ” ancora una volta e Mastaplex Lapbox è pronto all’uso. In caso di operazione non riuscita, ripetere i passaggi precedenti e consultare i consigli per la Risoluzione dei problemi riportati qui di seguito.

 

4 – Avvio del test

Passare  al Menu Mastatest® e selezionarlo, quindi selezionare Avvia Mastatest®. Selezionare la posizione del test utilizzando le frecce di indicazione sul display.
 
Avvio Web

1 Senza inserire alcun dato, avviare il test (premere Seleziona quattro volte). Il display visualizza “Avvio Web” e un conto alla rovescia di 24 ore.
2 Visitare http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com e accedere al proprio account. Nella cornice superiore del pannello di controllo, selezionare il Lapbox interessato, quindi fare clic sul pulsante Avvia nuovo test della posizione corrispondente. Inserire i dati dell’animale e del cliente, quindi fare clic su Avvia test. Lo stato sulla piattaforma web passa a “Dati test inseriti”, poi a “Occupato” durante la ricezione della prima immagine acquisita.
IMPORTANTE! Il test deve essere avviato esattamente come descritto sopra e i dati del cliente devono essere inseriti online prima della conclusione del ciclo di test e prima dell’invio del risultato di un test (entro 24 ore dall’inizio del test).
 
Avvio manuale (in caso di mancato accesso all’interfaccia web)

1 Inserire il numero a cinque cifre dell’animale utilizzando i pulsanti Twist  e Avanti per spostare il cursore. I numeri degli animali con meno di cinque cifre devono iniziare con degli zeri, ad es. 00123 per l’animale 123.
2 Premere Seleziona per passare a Trimestre. Ruotare  per selezionare il trimestre, utilizzare 00 per un campione composito o per un trimestre non noto. Selezionare per completare l’inserimento dei dati.
3 Selezionare per avviare il test (viene visualizzato un conto alla rovescia di 24 ore), oppure No per modificare i dati dell’animale.
 
Che cosa accade a questo punto?

La prima immagine viene acquisita 10 minuti dopo l’inizio del test e viene visualizzato un conto alla rovescia di 24 ore. È possibile avviare test in altre posizioni del Mastatest® Lapbox indipendentemente e in qualsiasi momento.
 

5 – Ricezione dei risultati

Risultati per e-mail
I risultati vengono inviati automaticamente per e-mail all’indirizzo dell’account, solitamente entro 24 ore (massimo 27 ore).
Dalle impostazioni dell'account sulla Piattaforma Web http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com è possibile impostare diversi indirizzi e-mail a cui inviare i risultati, oltre alle autorizzazioni per l’accesso ai risultai e il formato della relazione.
Risultati sul Web
Una volta disponibili, è possibile accedere ai risultati dalla Piattaforma Web sul sito http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com.
I risultati più recenti sono accessibili dal proprio pannello di controllo. È inoltre possibile accedere a tutti i risultati attraverso la scheda “Analisi risultati test” e filtrare l’elenco secondo necessità.
  
Consigli generali e risoluzione dei problemi
Conservazione e manutenzione

  • Conservare le cartucce Mastatest® a una temperatura di 2 - 8°C e al riparo dalla luce diretta del sole. Utilizzare entro la data di scadenza. 
  • Mantenere tutte le superfici di Lapbox pulite e asciutte. All’occorrenza, strofinare con un panno morbido inumidito. 
  • Utilizzare esclusivamente parti di ricambio fornite da Mastatest®. 
  • Scollegare Lapbox dall’alimentazione quando non è in uso. 
  • Lapbox non è impermeabile. Condizioni operative: 5 - 30°C. 
  • Conservare Lapbox e Mastatest® fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

 
Problemi di connessione al WiFi?
Lapbox è compatibile esclusivamente con reti WiFi da 2,4 GHz.
La potenza del segnale della rete deve essere di almeno -65 dBm, come indicato sulla destra del display una volta selezionata una rete WiFi. Se la potenza del segnale è insufficiente, provare ad avvicinarsi al router per la configurazione o utilizzare un cavo Ethernet.
