Czym jest Mastatest®?
Lapbox i wkłady Mastatest® służą do wykrywania bakterii wywołujących zapalenie wymienia (mastitis) u krów mlecznych i określenia ich wrażliwości na antybiotyki.
 
Zawartość zestawu Lapbox
Kabel Ethernet (LAN), kabel zasilacza, klucz imbusowy (z łbem sześciokątnym) do zdejmowania osłon karty SD i dostępu umożliwiającego czyszczenie, antena i instrukcje. Klucz imbusowy jest przyklejony taśmą do Lapboxu a instrukcje są umieszczone przy ściance pudełka.
 

BUDOWA LAPBOXU

Przymocuj antenę ⑥, podłącz kabel Ethernet ⑨ (o ile wybrano ten rodzaj połączenia – patrz „3 – Połączenie”) i podłącz kabel zasilacza ⑧. Lapbox uruchomi wstępne testy (w tym miganie wewnętrznych diod LED). Po około 60 sekundach, wyświetlacz pokaże „Mastatest® Menu”.

Jak posługiwać się menu w Lapbox’ie
Za pomocą ② Pokrętła/Przycisku można przemieszczać się  po elementach menu. Wystarczy przycisnąć jeden raz, aby wybrać dany element/wejść do danej przestrzeni. Za pomocą ④ Przycisku Do tyłu ← i ⑤ Przycisku Do przodu → można przemieszczać się między elementami menu lub przesuwać kursor.

PRZEWODNIK STARTOWY – ZACZNIJ TUTAJ

 

1 – Załóż swoje konto

Zgodnie ze wskazówkami otrzymanymi od sprzedawcy Lapbox’u / Mastatestu, udaj się na stronę http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com i zarejestruj się, aby założyć konto, podając odpowiednie dane. Zatwierdź warunki i ustaw swoje preferencje jako użytkownik.
 

2 – Zarejestruj swój Lapbox

Każdy Lapbox musi zostać zarejestrowany przed pierwszym użyciem
1 Zapisz numer seryjny Lapbox’a widniejący na etykiecie ⑦.
2 Odszukaj  i wybierz Lapbox information w menu Mastatest®. Zapisz numer ID Lapbox’a. Wciśnij przycisk Do tyłu ←, aby powrócić do głównego menu.
3 Przejdź do http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com i zaloguj się na swoim koncie, aby zarejestrować Lapbox. Przejdź do Menu/MyAccount (moje konto). W zakładce Register New Lapbox (zarejestruj nowy Lapbox), podaj ID Lapbox’a, jego numer seryjny i prześlij te informacje.
 

3 – Połączenie

Zalecana opcja:
Opcja 1: Połączenie sieciowe za pomocą kabla Ethernet (LAN)
Podłącz załączony kabel Ethernet do Lapbox’u ⑨ i bezpośrednio do swojego routera. Włącz Lapbox, poczekaj aż pojawi się „Mastatest® Menu” i przetestuj łącze internetowe (patrz poniżej).
W razie potrzeby, przejdź z WiFi na Ethernet.
Odszukaj  w menu Mastatest® opcje konfiguracji Lapboxa, wybierz Set Internet Connection (wybierz rodzaj połączenia sieciowego) a następnie wybierz Set Ethernet (ustaw Ethernet). Lapbox uruchomi się ponownie.
 
Opcja 2: WiFi
1 Odszukaj  w menu Mastatest® opcje konfiguracji Lapboxa, wybierz Set Internet Connection (wybierz rodzaj połączenia sieciowego) a następnie wybierz Set WiFi (ustaw WiFi). Lapbox uruchomi się ponownie.
2 Aby wyświetlić dostępne sieci, odszukaj  opcje konfiguracji Lapboxa, wybierz Setup WiFi (on), Set WiFi SSID (ustaw WiFi SSID). Odszukaj  i wybierz swoją sieć. Wciśnij Do tyłu ←, aby powrócić do poprzedniego menu.
3 Aby wpisać swoje hasło, wybierz Set WiFi password (ustaw hasło WiFi). Odszukaj  i wybierz znaki, uwzględniając małe i wielkie litery. W razie potrzeby, za pomocą przycisku Do tyłu ← możesz usunąć znak. Po wpisaniu hasła, wciśnij przycisk Do przodu → i potwierdź. Przetestuj połączenie sieciowe (patrz poniżej)
 

 

Testowanie połączenia sieciowego
1 Powróć do głównego menu za pomocą przycisku Do tyłu ←. Przejdź  do menu Mastatest® i potwierdź, a następnie przejdź  do Test Upload (wgrywanie testu) i potwierdź.
2 Zrobione zostaje zdjęcie i po około 5-30 sekundach na wyświetlaczu pojawi się pasek postępu, o ile połączenie zostało pomyślnie nawiązane.
3 Po wgraniu zdjęcia, wyświetlacz ponownie pokazuje „Test Upload” a Mastaplex Lapbox jest gotowy do użycia. W razie niepowodzenia, powtórz powyższe etapy i odnieś się do poniższych wskazówek dotyczących Usuwania usterek.

 

4 – Rozpoczęcie testu

Przejdź  do menu Mastatest® i potwierdź, a następnie wybierz Start Mastatest®. Wybierz pozycję testu za pomocą strzałek na wyświetlaczu.
Start internetowy
1 Bez wprowadzania żadnych danych, uruchom test (wciśnij czterokrotnie Select). Wyświetlacz pokazuje „WebStart” oraz 24-godzinne odliczanie.
2 Przejdź do http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com i zaloguj się na swoim koncie. W górnej ramce pulpitu, wybierz odpowiedni Lapbox, a następnie kliknij przycisk Start New Test (rozpocznij nowy test) odpowiedniej wnęki. Wpisz dane zwierzęcia i klienta, następnie kliknij Launch Test (uruchom test). Status na platformie internetowej zmieni się na „Test details entered” (wpisano dane do testu) a następnie na „Busy” (zajęty) po otrzymaniu pierwszego zdjęcia.
UWAGA! Test należy uruchomić zgodnie z powyższą instrukcją, a dane klienta wpisać online przed zakończeniem cyklu testu i przed wysłaniem wyników (w ciągu 24 godz. od rozpoczęcia testu).
Start manualny (w przypadku braku dostępu do interfejsu internetowego)
1 Wpisz pięciocyfrowy numer zwierzęcia za pomocą pokrętła  i wciśnij Do przodu → aby przesunąć kursor. Liczby zwierząt zawierające mniej niż pięć cyfr powinny zostać poprzedzone zerami, np. 00123 w przypadku zwierzęcia o numerze 123.
2 Wciśnij Select (wybór), aby przejść do Quarter (ćwiartka). Przekręć , aby wybrać ćwiartkę. W przypadki próbki złożonej lub nieznanej ćwiartki, podaj 00. Potwierdź, aby zakończyć wpisywanie danych.
3 Wybierz Yes (tak), aby rozpocząć test (wyświetla się 24-godzinne odliczanie) lub No (nie), aby zmienić dane zwierzęcia.
Co się teraz dzieje?
Pierwsze zdjęcie zostaje zrobione 10 minut po uruchomieniu testu i wyświetla się 24-godzinne odliczanie. Testy w innych wnękach Mastatest® Lapbox można rozpocząć niezależnie w dowolnej chwili.
 

5 – Uzyskanie wyników

Wyniki przez e-mail
Wyniki są automatycznie wysłane przez e-mail na Twoje konto, zazwyczaj w ciągu 24 godzin (maksymalnie 27 godzin).
W ustawieniach konta na platformie internetowej http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com możesz podać kilka adresów e-mail, na które zostaną przesłane wyniki jak również upoważnienia do dostępu do wyników oraz format raportu.
Wyniki na stronie internetowej
Wyniki będą również dostępne na stronie internetowej pod adresem http://mastatest.vetoquinol.com.
Najnowsze wyniki są dostępne bezpośrednio z pulpitu. Można również wyświetlić wszystkie wyniki w zakładce „Review Test Results” (pokaż wyniki testów) oraz w razie potrzeby wyszukać je na liście.
 

 

Ogólne wskazówki i usuwanie usterek

Przechowywanie i serwisowanie

  • Przechowuj wkłady Mastatest® w temperaturze 2-8°C, w zacienionym miejscu. Wykorzystaj je przed upływem daty ważności. 
  • Wszystkie powierzchnie Lapboxa powinny być czyste i suche. Wytrzyj je miękką, wilgotną szmatką w razie potrzeby. 
  • Stosuj wyłącznie części zamienne dostarczone przez Mastatest. 
  • Odłącz nieużywany Lapbox od zasilania. 
  • Lapbox nie jest wodoodporny. Temperatura robocza wynosi od 5 do 30°C. 
  • Przechowuj Lapbox i Mastatest® poza zasięgiem dzieci.

 
Problemy z połączeniem WiFi?
Lapbox jest kompatybilny wyłącznie z sieciami WiFi 2,4 GHz.
Siła sygnału sieci musi wynosić co najmniej -65 dBm. Jest ona pokazana po prawej stronie wyświetlacza po wybraniu sieci WiFi. W przypadku niewystarczającej siły sygnału, zbliż się do routera lub wybierz połączenie przy użyciu kabla Ethernet.
